Important Notes

At least one registration is required for each accepted paper and at least one author should attend the conference to present their work in the conference. Author must register and pay the registration fee before the deadline, October 1st, 2009. Papers of missing author registrations will not be included in the proceedings.

Full papers should be limited to 12 pages. Extra page will be charged at the fee of $100 or 700RMB per page.

Short papers should not exceed 6 pages under all circumstances.

Each registration entitles only one delegate to attend the conference.
Extra delegates must register for attending the conference.
