Manuscripts need to be prepared according to the IEEE CS format (Format Link)
For regular papers, the page should be 6-8 pages.
For short papers, the page should be 4-6 pages.
For workshops, the page should be 6 pages.
For poster and demo, the page limit will be 4 pages.
All accepted papers will be published by IEEE CPS (EI).

Purchasing Extra Pages
Up to a maximum of 2 extra pages per paper may be purchased at $50 (US dollars) per extra page.
Important Deadline
CAMERA-READY VERSIONS PAPERS: Nov. 5, 2013.
COPYRIGHT DEADLINE: A signed copyright release form is due by Nov. 5, 2013.
Formatting your Paper
Your final papers MUST be formatted to IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines. (8.5" x 11"). Please refer to Format Link.
Camera-Ready Submission
Authors of accepted papers should use the author kit and submission guidelines here.
PDF eXpress may not be available for CloudCom-Asia. Please say "yes" to PDF eXpress so that the system accepts your file and submit it without the validation through the author kit link.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Is one copy-right form per paper by one of the authors enough?
A1. Yes, as long as any one of the authors of each paper signs the copyright form.
Q2. Do I need to submit both pdf and doc file of my camera-ready submission?
A2. Please upload only the PDF file for the camera-ready submission in order to make the proceedings.
Q3. Do I need headers or footers?
A3. Please follow the instructions in the IEEE template file. You should not add any headers or footers.
Q4. Will the author information in EasyChair be used for index or the one present in the paper?
A4. We will use the author information presented in the papers for the index. If the author information in EasyChair is different from that presented in the paper, please correct it.
Q5. How do I submit my copyright form?
A5. You add signed copyright form to the zip file together with the camera-ready version of your paper at the link above.
