Usage

 lvq2hips [-m mask file<string>] [-vis]
   [-p [prototype<filename>] | 
    -s rows<integer> [cols<integer>]]
   [imagefile]

-m

Mask image. The LVQ datafile is assumned to contain only the pixels where the corresponding pixels in the mask image are nonzero.

-vis

The input is assumed to be of SOM (Self Organizing Map) format.

-p

HIPS-2 image (header) file, input, this file is used to determine the size of the output image

-s

Size of the output image
